Your first Pawfect Surprise subscription box will be dispatched in the middle of the current month if placed before the middle of the month or the following month if placed after.

Deliveries within VIC, NSW & QLD may take between 1-10 business days to arrive, while deliveries to other states and territories may take 3-14 business days to arrive. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.

We source our products from all over the world and always make sure that we evaluate and test east product in Australia before they are provided to our customers.

All subscriptions auto-renew and you will be billed on the monthly anniversary of your purchase date.
