The subscription plan ensures your pet gets a new delivery of toys each month and makes it simple for you by delivering the goodies straight to your door. The cost of the box is less than the value of the items, so Pawfect Surprise helps you save money and time on toys, treats, accessories, grooming products and health and wellness products.

You had better believe it! Each of the goodies (including organic meat treats) have been tested by our Pawfect Pet Research Team to ensure they meet the high standards demanded by our beloved pets.

We work with a number of vets and behavioural specialists to assist in the selection of products that go into each subscription box.

There is no fee to join. You are able to get great prices, specials and information by joining our Pawfect Pet Lovers Club (javascript:void(0))which is absolutely free to join.

We would hate to see you cancel your subscription, but if you must, you can cancel at any time and for any reason. If you have any difficulty cancelling, please contact our friendly team at hello@pawfectsurprise.com who will assist.

You noticed? That's great! Our Happiness Promise is our promise to you and your pet that if you aren't completely happy with your monthly box, we will send you a free goodie in your next box to make up for it, no questions asked.

Your first Pawfect Surprise subscription box will be dispatched in the middle of the current month if placed before the middle of the month or the following month if placed after. Deliveries within VIC, NSW & QLD may take between 1-10 business days to arrive, while deliveries to other states and territories may take 3-14 business days to arrive. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.

We source our products from all over the world and always make sure that we evaluate and test east product in Australia before they are provided to our customers.

All subscriptions auto-renew and you will be billed on the monthly anniversary of your purchase date.

Remember to always supervise your pet while they play with toys of any kind. Never permit your pet to play with a toy that is torn or damaged as small pieces could break off and be swallowed which may hurt your pet. Our toys are not to be used by children.
